President and founder Linda Sandifer started in the real estate
business in 1979. Her experience includes general brokerage
sales, general brokerage management, new home sales, new home sales
management, past president of the Durham Association of
Realtors®, member
of Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®, member of the Triangle Sales
and Marketing Council of North Carolina and member of the Home
Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County.
Linda started New Home Builder Developer Services in 2000,
specializing in services to builders and developers for the sales
and marketing of new home communities. Servicing Wake, Johnston,
Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties, Linda is completely devoted
to exceptional one-on-one service and to creating the right new
home experience for developers, builders, and new home buyers.
